“The Toned Body: Glutes and Core” is my signature program that combines targeted barre, yoga, and pilates exercises, modified and tested for the 100% effectiveness. It is challenging, but very safe and you will get results you will LOVE really fast! Having a strong, lifted, and sculpted booty is nice esthetically, but having strong glutes is about so much more than looks.
Strong glutes are integral to supporting the rest of your body and core in everyday movements. Booty workouts help prevent back, hip, and knee injury, as they take some pressure off of these important joints while creating functional stability around them. Without realizing it, we are using glutes for many day-to-day activities such as sitting, standing, walking, and bending over. Many people who work at inactive desk jobs end up with extremely tight quadriceps and hip flexors and glutes or hamstrings that are so weak that they don’t activate when they should leading to discomfort and even pain.
Coming back to the esthetics, my signature glutes workouts will LIFT and PLUMP your buttocks fast and create rounder, more toned look while the calories burned during a workout will lead to overall fat loss on your body giving your cardiovascular system a healthy dose of exercise. In my sessions, I enhance movement with the most effective accessories like Bala Bangles ankle weights, power ring, stability ball, and resistant bands as well as nutrition and self-care recommendations to achieve and maintain the best results.
While focus of this class is on the middle and lower body – core, glutes, thighs, and legs – we can customize it to serve your individual preferences and include upper body work as well.
All 1o-sessions packages include two nutrition and health coaching sessions with food diary and lifestyle analysis and personalized recommendations.
What is a Yoga Therapy?
– Although all yoga is potentially therapeutic, yoga therapy is the specific application of yogic tools (postures/exercises/sequences, breathwork, meditation techniques, etc) to address an individual’s physical, mental, and emotional needs.
– Yoga Therapy certification requires about 1000 hours in professional training including clinical setting practicals, equipping a yoga therapy teacher with immense resources of skills and techniques to serve a client with specific needs and health challenges. Irina completed her clinical practicals in Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC (Cardiac health) and Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC (Autoimmune disease).
– “The yogic model of health is unique because it addresses every aspect of life rather than considering each body part of system separately. Yoga therapy is a safe way of working with a natural capacity of your body and mind to optimize well-being.” – The International Association of Yoga Therapists.
